We love to work with the tools you have so bring those with. We love for you to bring a photo of all products you already own so can make recommendations. Any tools, brushes and products you will need for your best hair we will assess together. We can make a plan and prioritize based on your budget and needs.

In an effort to avoid last minute cancellations or rescheduled appts, we will confirm your appointment 72 hours in advance. Unfortunately, if you cancel your service within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your reserved service cost. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged for 100% of your service. This includes cancellations for illness and possible Covid exposure. This appointment time has been set aside for you and its incredibly hard for us to fill an appointment with less than a weeks notice. We reinforce this policy by requiring a credit card to book an appointment with us beforehand. This charge cannot be credited or applied toward another appointment.We are a small business and hope you understand the need for this policy.
