• Before use, shake the canister to ensure the mousse is well-mixed.
  
• Hold the can upright and press the nozzle to release the mousse. For each limb, dispense a ping pong ball-sized amount. For full-body application, use a tennis ball-sized amount or more.
  
• Gently massage the mousse into dry skin, ensuring even coverage.
  
• Do not spray the product directly onto your face. Instead, dispense the mousse onto your hands and then apply it to your face.
  
• Reapply the sunscreen every two hours, or more frequently if swimming or sweating.
