Cancellation + Late Arrival Policies

Cancellation Policy

In an effort to avoid last minute cancellations or rescheduled appts, we will confirm your appointment 72 hours in advance. Unfortunately, if you cancel your service within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your reserved service cost. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged for 100% of your service. 

This appointment time has been set aside for you and its incredibly hard for us to fill an appointment with less than 48 hours notice. We reinforce this policy by requiring a credit card to book an appointment with us before hand. We are a small business and hope you understand the need for this policy. 

Late Arrival Policy 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment this may result in forfeiting of your service and you will be charged for the full services booked.

We pride ourselves by running on time at Sarah Kahn Hair if you are late it doesn’t allow enough time for us to perform the services booked. We will try our very best to accommodate you anyway we can. If you are going to be late please call or text 360-421-7112 in advance.
