Apply to damp or dry hair depending on desired effect. For maximum volume, focus application at the roots; for defined texture, concentrate on the ends; or apply throughout for overall body. To create piece-y definition, flip hair to one side and work product into roots and underside, then flip back and twist small sections at the ends. Can be layered for increased texture and hold.
