Sarah Kahn graduated with special recognition from Gene Juarez Academy in 2003, then worked five years for Gary Manuel Salon, where she was selected two years in a row for hair and fashion study on Salon-sponsored travel to Milan, Italy.
She travels to San Francisco and NYC to keep on top of fashion trends. Sarah resides on diverse Capitol Hill where she enjoys fashion in all forms, shopping, reading, cooking, and traveling just to name a few.

What inspired you to become a stylist?
I love
people and making people pretty. I wanted a career where I can be
artistic and make people feel good.

What color techniques are you
into right now?
I am really into subtle foils that have
depth and dimension so the grow out is much less noticeable. I also love
doing a color gloss over colors to make them last longer and feel
healthier. I use a natural color that is 100% ammonia free so its
gentle on your hair.
